Company History

"We began as a simple three man shop in 1977," stated Temp Right Service President Ted Bergsieker, of its 30 years in business. "I am pleased to say that we have made hundreds of friends in the community since then."

Ted Bergsieker began working with Temp Right Service in 1979 when Charlie and Shirley Campfield owned the business. By 1989, when Ted purchased the company, it had grown to 12 people and had a new sheet metal shop. With 34 years of experience, Ted began expanding Temp Right Service into the company it is today.

At present, Temp Right Service employs 60 people and runs a fleet of 46 trucks. This has allowed Temp Right Service to become one of the most recognizable residential and commercial heating and air conditioning companies in Missoula.

Over the years, Temp Right Service has expanded its array of services to include commercial refrigeration sales and service, hvac design/build, plan and spec., hvac system engineering, auto cad drawing and hvac retrofit. The company also encompasses maintenance, 24 hour service, steam and hot water boiler replacement, gas piping, vvt control systems, and duct cleaning.

"Temp Right has always been able to keep up with industry changes," stated Jeff Campfield, Service Foreman.

By utilizing state of the art computer technology in production and design, by placing the right people in the right places - from management, to design to installation and service - Temp Right has worked hard to make the customer Number One, and to make any association with the company a pleasure.

Most recently, Temp Right Service consolidated with Comfort Systems USA, making it a part of one of the most up and coming companies in the industry.
